What is SEQOHS Accreditation?
SEQOHS stands for Safe Effective Quality Occupational Health Service , which is an accreditation ( Voluntary ) that shows the occupational health service provided is at the highest standard. Workare Ltd achieved their SEQOHS accreditation on 25th January 2013 – www.seqohs.org
Process of gaining a SEQOHS Accreditation
Stage One: Pre-accreditation to complete the online SEQOHS self-assessment tool. The results of self-assessment will be displayed as a traffic light system that will indicate the Occupational Health Services’ readiness to go forward for accreditation. Register and pay for access to the self-assessment tool and Knowledge Management System (KMS). To begin this process, contact SEQOHS for an application pack. Submit the online SEQOHS accreditation making sure it is fully documented ( The SEQOHS assessors will be able to help you with any problems you encounter when answering the guidelines ). If you manage to get over 70 percent then you can proceed to the next stage. Stage Two: Accreditation, annual renewal and re-accreditation overview An Occupational Health Service will enter stage two in two ways; either voluntarily when their self-assessment indicators are showing a majority of green lights or through the mandatory route after completing two full years at stage one. The SEQOHS Office will upgrade licences accordingly. All Occupational Health Services acknowledge through their application to join the SEQOHS Accreditation Scheme that they are undertaking to meet the SEQOHS Standards and achieve full accreditation within two years. At Workare Ltd the SEQOHS assessors visited us on site going through all the guidelines making sure we passed the criteria. Annually Workare Ltd will be re-accredited making sure we are performing to the highest standard with the criteria set.
